When the Australian Travel Accreditation Scheme (ATAS) found themselves with an unsupported website platform, they urgently needed to rebuild. Their primary goal was to create an easy-to-use site where consumers could seamlessly search for accredited members and make complaints when necessary.
We focused on two main areas: an intuitive multi-step complaint form and a dynamic, searchable member directory. The complaint form guides people through each step, ensuring all necessary information is captured without overwhelming the user. For the member directory, we implemented a sophisticated search function allowing consumers to find members by name or specialty, ensuring visitors can quickly and easily find the information they need.
The new ATAS website is a breeze to navigate, with a clean design and straightforward functionality. The enhanced search capability and user-friendly complaint form have significantly improved the user experience. The redesigned ATAS site now stands as a testament to how thoughtful design and development can transform a user experience, making it easier for consumers to interact with the platform.
